Weddings - "Your special day"

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life.  It’s your day and I will cover exactly what you require in a relaxed style. I aim to capture the atmosphere of your special day in the images I take. I catch the relaxed moments as well as those more formal photographs to make your wedding album complete. I offer the standard wedding package which includes my services at the place of ceremony. In addition I can cover your whole day from the moment the make up artist and hairdressers arrive right through to the first dance.  I am very flexible and will work with your requirements whether you need me for a whole day or just a few hours.  I only book one wedding per day, even if you only require my services for a couple of hours and it’s your day no-one else’s.

“The happiest day of your life” planning is an essential part of your big day.  I arrange to meet with you to discuss everything you want covered on your day. Just before the big day I will meet with you again at the venue to discuss final thoughts and to ensure that nothing is missed before your special day.

 

Portraits - "Capturing true personalities"

I work predominately with children in informal sittings capturing natural images. My experience has taught me while working with children is that they are more relaxed in their familiar surroundings, this feeds into the photographs which then shows their true personalities.
I do not carry out studio sittings.  Portraits are taken at a setting of your choice, whether that is at your home, your garden or “that special place”.   Sittings are always fun whether they are in your back garden, rolling in the leaves, or just sitting up a tree!!!

 

Skin to Skin - "The most natural thing"

“There is nothing more beautiful than a mother holding her newborn child and nothing more natural than bare skin.” I was asked to take some photographs of a mum and her six day old baby over 9 years ago. The finished photographs showed a bright sparkle in their eyes and a happiness which showed through the mothers’ tiredness. Since then I have photographed many pregnant women and parents with their new born babies with very rewarding results.
